NFCOTS Model License

  • Core Privileges: NFCOTS grants the Licensee a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download, store, and reproduce the licensed 3D models solely for inert, non-functional training, educational, and familiarization purposes.
  • Permitted Use: Licensed models may be physically reproduced using additive manufacturing or similar fabrication methods solely for training, display, or educational use. All reproductions must remain inert and non-functional.
  • Prohibited Use: The Licensee shall not:
    • Modify models to create functional components
    • Use models to manufacture weapons, weapon components, or initiation systems
    • Reverse engineer models for operational or commercial exploitation
    • Distribute, sublicense, sell, or share the digital files or derived works
  • No Functional Representation: All licensed models are intentionally altered, simplified, or incomplete and are not representations of functional ordnance or weapon systems.
  • NFC Integration Clause: Where applicable, licensed reproductions are intended to be paired with NFCOTS tags or identifiers to enable authorized training content and analytics. Removal or circumvention of this system is prohibited.
  • Ownership: All intellectual property rights in the models, derivatives, and associated instructional content remain the exclusive property of NFCOTS and its licensors.
  • Termination: This license terminates automatically upon violation of its terms. Upon termination, all digital files must be destroyed, and physical reproductions removed from use.
